The Family Care Trust is always looking for local businesses, organisations, schools and individuals to partner with.
Over the last 25 years, many leading Solihull and Birmingham businesses have raised money for us, donated their time, shared their skills and knowledge, and even made us their business charity partner of the year.
Charity to raise money for in Solihull
If you’re looking for a charity to raise money for in Solihull, we hope you’ll consider the Family Care Trust. Businesses, organisations and individuals in Solihull, Birmingham, Warwickshire and beyond carry out all kinds of fundraising challenges and initiatives for us – from sponsored bike rides to marathons, charity golf days to Halloween balls.
All money raised go towards improving our services for people with mental health conditions, learning disabilities and physical disabilities, along with their carers and relatives.
To celebrate our 25thanniversary, we’re aiming to raise £250,000 in 2019 to go towards the design and construction of a new facility to help hundreds more people with learning difficulties. Contact us today if you can help us reach our target.
Volunteer at Solihull charity, the Family Care Trust
As well as fundraising, we’re grateful for any businesses, organisations or individuals who can donate their time at one of our sites in Solihull.
There are always projects and jobs that we need support on at Newlands Bishop Farm, Berrys Café, Blanning Day Centre, or our community gardening services.
Of if you can offer us any other skills that can help us grow and develop as an ambitious not-for-profit charity, we’d love to hear from you.
Thank you to some of our business charity partners
Some of the recent businesses that have supported our charity include Cadent and Lloyds Banking Group.
Cadent recently spent over two weeks at the farm transforming the sensory garden, laying down new hardcore area and constructing a new vegetable/ pot and handwashing area. Find out more about what they got up to here.
Lloyds has supported Newlands Bishop Farm for a few years now. The team visited us in summer 2018 to help us tackle some big jobs. Find out how Lloyds helped us here.
