Aims
This course provides delegates with an understanding of the hazards, risks and controls involved in manual handling so that they can handle safely.

Learning Outcomes
By the end of the course delegates will be enabled to:
•  Contribute to the development of safer manual handling methods and tasks
•  And understand:
•  Principles of safe manual handling
•  Injuries associated with unsafe manual handling
•  Handling hazards
•  Risk controls in the workplace
